Who we are. ZY Cleanroom (众亿净化板) is dedicated to one thing: the cleanroom series. We supply cleanroom panels and support project planning — covering design, manufacturing, installation, testing and maintenance of clean and sterile rooms.
What we make. Our cleanroom product family covers everything a cleanroom needs: hand-made and machine-made sandwich panels with rock wool, honeycomb, MgO, PU and phenolic cores; airtight cleanroom doors, sliding doors, observation windows and pass boxes; air filtration equipment including air showers, FFU fan filter units and HEPA filters; and complete turnkey cleanroom engineering from layout design to final certification.
How we work. From the first drawing to the final particle count test, one team takes responsibility. Our engineers design the layout and HVAC scheme, our factory produces the panels and equipment, our installation team builds the room, and our quality control checks every batch and every project — to ISO 9001, ISO 14644 and GMP standards.
