Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our panels, cleanroom classes, shipping and payment.

What cleanroom sandwich panels do you produce?
We produce machine-made and hand-made sandwich panels with PU (polyurethane), rock wool (A2), phenolic and MgO cores, in thicknesses of 50/75/100/150 mm. Surfaces are color-coated steel, stainless steel or galvanized. Panels are used for cleanroom partition walls and ceiling systems.
What is the difference between machine-made and hand-made panels?
Machine-made panels have a continuous foam core and very smooth, flat surfaces — great value for standard walls and ceilings. Hand-made panels are assembled with reinforced frames and a rock wool or phenolic core — stronger, easier to cut and modify on site, and the common choice for GMP and high fire-safety projects.
Which cleanroom classes can you build?
We design and build cleanrooms from ISO 9 to ISO 5 (roughly Class 100K to Class 100 under FED-STD-209E) according to ISO 14644-1. The class you need depends on your process — for example pharmaceutical filling usually requires ISO 7 or better at the critical zone, while food packaging often works at ISO 8.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard panels the MOQ is generally one 20ft container. For turnkey cleanroom projects there is no MOQ in the same sense — we size the material list to your room area. If you are testing the market, ask us about mixed-load options for small quantities.
What are your typical lead times?
Standard panel production is usually 10–20 days after deposit and confirmation of the drawings. Turnkey projects depend on the area and scope — a typical 500 sqm cleanroom is often completed within 45–60 days including shipping and installation.
Do you ship overseas and how do you pack the panels?
Yes, we export worldwide by sea (container) or air freight for urgent parts. Panels are packed in bundles with protective film, corner protectors and steel strapping; doors and equipment are crated. We handle all export documentation and can quote FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
Can you install the cleanroom in my country?
Yes. For turnkey projects our installation team can travel to your site, or we can train and guide your local contractor remotely with detailed installation drawings and video support. Both options are used successfully by our customers.
What are your payment terms?
Typical terms are 30% T/T deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment (or against a copy of the B/L). For larger projects we can discuss L/C at sight. Exact terms are confirmed in the sales contract.
Can you provide samples before I order?
Yes. Small panel samples (with the core and surface you choose) can be sent by express courier. Sample cost is charged first and refunded against your first order.
Do you provide certificates and test reports?
Yes — we provide factory inspection reports, material certificates, fire performance test reports and, for completed projects, cleanroom testing records (particle count, pressure difference, airflow, temperature and humidity) together with ISO 14644/GMP documentation support.
