PU & Phenolic Sandwich Panels
Continuous production line with smooth surfaces and fast assembly — the economical choice for large-area cleanroom walls and ceilings.
Continuous production line with smooth surfaces and fast assembly — the economical choice for large-area cleanroom walls and ceilings.
PU foam for best insulation per thickness, phenolic for low-smoke fire safety — both produced on a continuous production line with smooth, flat surfaces, consistent quality and fast assembly.
Where to use:
Thickness 30–300mm · Width 920–1,130mm · Length up to 24,000mm · Face 0.5–0.8mm coated steel or 0.46–0.7mm stainless · Fire rating B1.
What it is: A sandwich panel produced on a continuous production line with a new-generation polyurethane core bonded between two steel faces. Smooth surfaces, consistent quality and fast assembly make it ideal for cleanroom partitions, ceilings and cold storage enclosures.
Based on a new-generation polyurethane PIR pentane-blown B1 core — excellent insulation and fire performance, outstanding stability at high and low temperatures, ODP 0 and extremely low GWP for energy saving and environmental protection. Widely used in industrial cold storage projects as well as cleanroom walls and ceilings.
The PU panel uses a pentane-blown rigid polyurethane (PIR/PUR) foam core — the best insulation per thickness among foam cores. With a thermal conductivity of only ≤ 0.023 W/m·K, a closed-cell ratio above 94% and water absorption below 2%, it effectively blocks heat conduction and keeps energy costs low.
Surfaces are smooth and flat with good strength, and the B1 fire-rated core with a scientific tongue & groove joint makes it suitable for cleanroom partitions and ceilings, food workshops, budget clean areas and cold storage enclosures.
The phenolic panel uses a rigid phenolic foam core — the safest foam choice where fire matters most. It is difficult to ignite (B1), produces extremely low smoke and almost no dripping when burned, making it the standard choice for hospital operating rooms, ICU, laboratories and high-class cleanrooms.
It is very light with good thermal insulation, ideal for cleanroom ceilings and low-smoke fire-safety zones. Note: the core is relatively brittle, so it is mainly used for ceilings and low-impact applications.
