Anchor chain, anchors and mooring ropes with class certificates
ZY Cleanroom supplies anchoring and mooring equipment from class-approved Chinese works: Grade 2 and Grade 3 stud link and studless anchor chain from 12.5 to 152 mm with Kenter shackles, end shackles and swivels; AC-14 high holding power anchors type-approved from 75 kg to 30 t, and Hall anchors; and polypropylene, polyester, nylon, mixed and UHMWPE mooring ropes. Chain and anchors are tested in front of the class surveyor and ship with the class certificate you specify.

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the chain diameter and grade?
They follow from the vessel's equipment number and the class rules. Give us the equipment number or the original specification and the class society, and we quote the matching chain.
Who issues the anchor chain certificate?
The class society you name. Its surveyor witnesses the proof and breaking load tests at the approved chain works and issues the certificate.
Can chain, anchors and ropes ship together?
Yes. One quotation and one shipment, with matched shackles and swivels and a separate certificate for each item.
