ZY Cleanroom supplies ship accommodation panels and fire doors from Chinese factories that hold EU MED (wheelmark) and class type approval for each model: B-15 and B-0 wall, lining and ceiling panels with a mineral wool core, and A-60, A-15, A-0, B-15 and B-0 hinged or sliding fire doors. Send the deck plan or panel and door schedule, the fire class per area, the vessel's flag and class, and the delivery port.

What to send for a quotation
- Deck plan or panel schedule with areas in m², and the fire class per area
- Door schedule: number, class, clear opening, hinge side and hardware
- Surface finish and colour of panels and doors
- Vessel flag and class society (decides MED and class certificates), vessel name and IMO number
- Delivery port or shipyard and the required date
Frequently asked questions
Can a B-15 panel replace an A-60 division?
No. A-class divisions must be steel or equivalent and pass the A-class test. B-15 panels are for cabin and corridor partitions where SOLAS tables allow B-class.
Do the panels and doors come with certificates?
Yes. Each delivery ships with the manufacturer's certificate copy and, for EU-flagged ships, the MED Declaration of Conformity. Certificate numbers are in the quotation.
Do you install marine panels?
No. We supply materials with the manufacturer's installation drawings; the shipyard or its outfitting contractor installs them.
