We use the contact details and requirements you submit to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Storage and access

The website and inquiry storage use Cloudflare. Inquiry records are accessible through a protected management page and expire from the website storage after 30 days. Copies exported or used for correspondence are managed separately.

Email alerts

FormSubmit processes an email alert containing only the inquiry record ID, submission time and management-page link. Customer contact details and requirements are not included in this alert. Website records remain available if an alert fails.
