Our production runs under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. Orders ship from Tianjin port. Payment is by T/T or L/C. The lead time, minimum order and Incoterms are stated in each quotation, so you know them before you pay.

Certified management systems
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates cover our own production; you can verify them on the official certification register.
Before loading
On request we send photos or a video call of your goods before loading: sizes, thickness, colour against the approved sample, quantities against the packing list.
Third-party inspection
You can appoint an inspection company of your choice to check the goods before loading.
Shipping documents
Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading; mill test certificates for steel; panel core test reports and certificate of origin on request.
Packing and shipping
Panels
Facings covered with protective film, stacked in bundles and wrapped for container transport.
Coils, profiles and purlins
Coils on wooden pallets with steel straps; profiles, purlins and floor deck bundled and strapped.
From Tianjin port
Full containers or mixed loads of panels, doors, profiles and steel in one shipment.
Incoterms
EXW, FOB Tianjin or delivered to your port (CFR/CIF) — the term is stated in your quotation.
Quotation and payment
Quotation
Prices, specifications, lead time and minimum order are written in the quotation for your exact sizes and quantity.
Payment
T/T or L/C, as agreed in the quotation and the proforma invoice.
Before production
Drawings, colours and samples are confirmed in writing before production starts.

What is the lead time?
It depends on product and quantity; it is stated in each quotation.
Can I get samples?
Yes, sample arrangements are agreed with your quotation.
Do you help with installation?
Yes — layout drawings, an installation guide and video support; on-site supervision for large projects is quoted separately.
