PU & Phenolic Sandwich Panels
Compare foam-core panel configurations, dimensions and project requirements before ordering.
Compare foam-core panel configurations, dimensions and project requirements before ordering.
PU sandwich panels have metal faces surrounding a polyurethane foam core. The company catalogue shows tongue-and-groove PU panel models for partitions and insulated building enclosures.
For cleanroom use, confirm the selected face finish, joint sealing, cleaning compatibility and project acceptance requirements. An enclosure panel does not establish an ISO cleanliness class by itself.
Catalogue widths: 950mm and 1,150mm. Listed thicknesses: 40, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 and 250mm. Confirm the current offered model and delivery dimensions.
The company catalogue, printed pages 21–22, describes polyurethane foam between metal faces and lists these tongue-and-groove model options.

Specify the required core in the RFQ. Do not treat PU, PIR and phenolic descriptions as interchangeable, or apply one model's thermal or fire results to another configuration. For a phenolic or PIR option, ask our team to confirm current availability, specifications and supporting reports.
Tell us whether panels are for partition walls, ceilings or temperature-controlled enclosures. Include room conditions, support details, penetrations and maintenance needs. Request a separate assessment of ceiling loads and accessories where relevant.
Send the destination country, panel schedule, required core and faces, joint details, applicable test documents and delivery terms. Compare the complete supply scope, including trims, sealants, packing and any installation work.
